TrueCommerce Home: How Do I Update My Credit Card?

TrueCommerce Home currently supports credit card payments, but it does NOT support saving or updating a credit card on file. Instead, users enter their credit card information each time they pay an invoice. This knowledge article walks you through how to access your billing area and use a credit card for a one-time payment.

Can I Update or Save My Credit Card?

At this time, the TrueCommerce Home portal (for Vendor) does NOT offer:

  • ability to save a credit card (on file)

  • a way to update an existing card

  • monthly autopay

If you would like to pay by credit card, you will need to enter your card details each month when paying your invoice.


Effective ways to Pay an Invoice with Your Credit Card

Step 1: Access the Billing Page

  1. Navigate to https://tchome.truecommerce.com in your web browser.

  2. On the next screen, select Login > Login to ecUtopia.

  3. On the Login page, type your Username and Password, then click Login.

    The TrueCommerce Home web portal for Vendor is loaded.

  4. Click Administration > Billing to access the Billing section.

    This will take you to the Pending Invoices tab.

Step 2: Open the Invoice You Want to Pay

  1. Click the arrow on the left side of the pending invoice.

  2. This will display a detailed breakdown of the pending invoice.

Step 3: Choose Credit Card as Your Payment Method

  1. To pay the Bill, click Select in the Payment Method drop-down list.

  2. Choose Credit Card.

    NOTE: The credit card payments are processed via PayPal. No PayPal account is required for this. On the next screen when redirected to PayPal you can click Pay by Debit or Credit Card to enter your credit card info without having to sign into PayPal.

  3. The Make Payment screen is displayed.

  4. Click Make PayPal Payment.

  5. On the next screen, click Pay by Debit or Credit Card.

Step 4: Enter Your Credit Card Information

A payment window will appear.

  1. Type in your financial details.

  2. Click Agree and pay.

    Once processed, the following information will appear.


Other Payment Options

In addition to credit card payments, users can choose:

  • PayPal (no PayPal account needed; you can checkout as a guest)

  • Mail a Check (for logging check payments)

  • ACH / Wire Transfer (bank details available on the printed invoice)
