Product: TrueCommerce Home (for Vendor)

Email notifications in TrueCommerce Home help Vendors stay informed about new orders, alerts, and administrative updates. However, some users feel that constant messages are causing problems, as they just prefer to manage their workflow directly in the portal without receiving emails. In that case, mastering how to turn off specific types of notifications, or how to disable them all, may help.

Why Stop Email Notifications?

If you are a Vendor of the TrueCommerce Home portal, you may receive a bunch of emails daily. That means a new message will arrive in your Inbox every 5-to-10 minutes. Due to the frequency and quantity of email notifications loaded every day, you can sometimes quickly experience information and orders overload, making it difficult to focus on other tasks. Furthermore, these constant alerts can disrupt productivity and workflow, or even lead to stress and distraction, especially if you receive too many email notifications on your smartphone and computer.

In these cases, turning off email notifications can be helpful, allowing for Vendors to establish times for checking and responding to emails, which can improve productivity and time management. Also, when alerts are blocked, you may have more time to focus on other important tasks.
